Kelly works with adults facing a range of challenges and issues. She offers a grounded, compassionate space where clients can feel truly heard and supported as they reconnect with their own strength and insight. Her approach is flexible and person-centered, drawing from a variety of therapeutic tools to meet each person’s unique needs. Kelly believes therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection rather than a clinical process.

Warm, curious, and a little quirky, Kelly brings humor and authenticity into her sessions. She believes healing doesn’t always have to be heavy, sometimes a good laugh or thoughtful question can open the door to growth. Before becoming a therapist, Kelly worked with at-risk youth, supported families in hospital settings and long-term care and studied Eastern healing traditions in Sri Lanka. She feels honored to walk alongside clients as they grow, heal and rediscover what it means to be themselves.

Houda understands that many people come to therapy during times of rupture; anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, cultural disconnection or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. Often, these struggles are only the surface of deeper patterns and unmet needs. She believes healing begins in a safe space, to slow down, feel seen and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been neglected or silenced. Drawing from client-centered therapy, internal family systems (IFS), inner-child work, CBT, she co-creates a therapeutic environment that feels safe, affirming, and empowering.

As a woman of color, Houda is especially passionate about supporting teens and women navigating self-doubt, perfectionism, cultural pressures, and life transitions. Weather you are seeking relief from distress or striving toward deeper fulfillment, she is dedicated to helping you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
