If you feel at odds with your kiddo(s) or need to learn effective parenting strategies, then this service is perfect for you. In order to help restore harmony, Child & Family Therapy combines two evidence-based therapies: Child & Teen Counselling and Parent Coaching.

Child & Teen Counselling will involve the therapist building genuine rapport with your child by establishing a caring environment that allows your child to express themselves freely. The therapist will guide your child through any issues they may be facing, and allow them to de-stress by incorporating mindfulness within the session.

Parent Coaching involves training you with a wide range of science-backed strategies that help change your child’s behaviour (and not your child). Parent Coaching can increase your child's independence, reduce the number of conflicts within the family, and can help mend the relationship between parent and child and amongst siblings.
